“Namaste”

On 29 May 1953, a beekeeper from New Zealand and a Himalayan porter (a Sherpa) summited Mount Everest and put Nepal, a sleepy Hindu Kingdom where time had essentially stood still, onto the world stage. Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay became Himalayan legends; the rest is history.

From randonneurs to mountaineers, from spiritualists to yogis and more recently the flower children, there has been a steady stream of visitors to Nepal ever since. From the high wall of the Himalayan range to the lower foothills in the steamy jungles of the Terai, you’ll find everything that needs to be done, seen and experienced in Nepal on this 400 Km stretch Northeast to Southwest.

We call this from Yeti to Tiger. Fly into thin air. Hop on twin-engined planes and cruise past the high walls of the Himalayas from the Annapurna range in the West to within 200 metres of Mount Everest. The bubbly should calm your nerves and everyone gets a window seat. And for the adrenaline junkies, there’s the tumultuous Trisuli River inviting you to ride her rapids from Kurintar down to Brigands Bend.

Meetings

Being a small country, Nepal has managed to survive in the MICE business with an environment to set the business mood in the land of the mighty Himalayas!

Nepal is a pot bowl of natural beauty and consequent wealth of cultural varieties; parallel to this, it offers new heights in convention facilities with the Himalayas as a sublime backdrop, something so ideal for those meetings to make the ‘right thing – at the right time’ – amid stunning beauty to make it happen.

Be it a meeting for bringing people together either from within one company or from a broader spectrum, Incent will take care of all.

Incentives

Give exceptional rewards to your employees in the land of the world’s highest mountain.

Go on a temple tour walk through Patan, one of three royal cities in the Kathmandu Valley Chant Mantras with the monks at Boudha, and seek his blessings before setting off on a journey over the high passes. Go back in time and wander aimlessly through the narrow cobblestoned streets of Bhaktapur. Watch artisans weave cloth and chisel timber by the roadside. Go on a game drive through Chitwan and Bardia National Park to find the endangered Royal Bengal Tigers and one-horned Rhinos by sitting on an elephant’s back.

Get inspired and travel with us on a fascinating trip like never before!

Conferences

In recent years, Nepal has become a central spot with sublime landscapes ideal for organising international conferences. In Kathmandu, there are several five-star hotels with convention and conference facilities. Besides the hotel facilities, there are alternatives like Nepal Academy, Rashtriya Sabha Griha and Russian Culture Centre. If you prefer a more natural and scenic setting you can always choose the hill resorts in Nagarkot, Dhulikhel or Godavari.

Come to Nepal to get the real touch of supreme satisfaction that rejuvenates your body, mind and spirit while organising a convention, a summit or any meeting in a country that prides itself in being home to some of the highest mountains in the world.

Events

This Himalayan country with perfect weather and reasonable cost for event management compared to other neighbouring countries will convert your dull exhibition into an enjoyable and refreshing event for the delegates and attendants.

The Global Youth Meet 1999-2000, the first event of its kind, the Trans Himalayan 2000, SAARC Summit, etc. are some of the examples of the country’s uptake in organising international events of result-oriented substance.

A country situated between two big Tycoons: China & India can take advantage of the big countries. MICE Tourism Nepal offers distinctive opportunities for enhancing business with partners, potential investors, customers, and suppliers along with the exchange of innovative ideas in today’s rapidly growing technological market.
